摘要
采用自制阳离子改性剂SA对苎麻纤维改性,研究了阳离子改性剂SA对苎麻纤维的改性方法和工艺参数,详细讨论了阳离子改性剂SA对苎麻纤维微结构和物理机械性能的影响.结果表明:苎麻纤维采用碱/SA阳离子改性,能提高其染色性能;同时断裂伸长率、断裂功、勾强等指标明显提高,初始模量降低,使苎麻纤维的可纺性得到较大提高.
Homemade cationic modification agent SA was used to modify ramie fiber. The modified methods and process parameters of SA to ramie fiber were studied. The effect of SA on the micro-structure, physical and mechanical properties of ramie fiber was discussed in detail. The results showed that the dyeing properties of ramie fiber were improved by the basic/cationic modification agent SA. At the same time, elongation at break, break work and loop strength were increased, the initial modulus was decreased, which greatly enhanced the spinnability of ramie fiber.
