血虚模型的建立及当归对其作用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 选取健康雏鸡80只,随机分为8组,第1组为正常对照组;第2、3、4组为正常低、中、高剂量用药组,分别灌服1∶1当归煎剂1、2、3mL/kg,连续给药7d;第5、6、7、8组以80mg/kg剂量腹腔注射环磷酰胺,约1周左右便可造出典型的血虚模型,第6、7、8组在造模后同样以低、中、高剂量用药组,分别灌服1∶1当归煎剂1、2、3mL/kg,连续给药7d。各组鸡心脏采血进行红细胞总数计数及血红蛋白含量的测定。同时观察了当归改善血虚证的作用。结果表明,制备的血虚模型组(5组)反映了血虚证的主要特征,且红细胞数和血红蛋白含量较正常对照组(1组)显著降低(P<0.01),可作为血虚证模型之一。当归给药组(3、4组)与正常对照组(1组)能显著增加红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量(P<0.01)。血虚给药组(7、8组)与血虚组鸡(5组)能显著增加红细胞数量和血红蛋白含量(P<0.01),而且能够回升至正常水平。表明由环磷酰胺制造的鸡血虚模型可以作为血虚证模型之一,当归可以显著提高血虚鸡的红细胞和血红蛋白含量。 In order to prepare the blood-deficient model and investigate the effects of Chinses angelica on he- mopoiesis, 80 healthy chiekls were selected and divided into 8 groups randomly, 10 chickens each group. Group 1 was set as a healthy control; Group 2, 3 and 4 were the low, middle and high dose,the chickens were drenched by 1,2, 3 mL/kg 1 : 1 Chineses angelica decoction respectively for 7days. The chickens group 5-group 8 were intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamidum(CY) 80 mg/kg, and one week later the blood-deficient model was made. Group 6-group 8 were the low, middle and high dose,the chick- ens were drenched by 1,2, 3 mL/kg 1 : 1 Chineses angelica decoction, respectively for 7days. The total number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin content were measured. The effects of Chinese angelica on promo- ting the hemopioetic function in this model were observed. The results indicated that. Group 5 showed the main character of blood-deficient model and the content of erythrocytes and hemoglobin were significantly reduced (P ~0.01) compared with group 1. Group 3 and group 4 could significantly increase the content of erythrocytes and hemoglobin (P d0.01) compared with group 1. Group 7 and group 8 could significantly increase the content of erythrocyte and hemoglobin (P ~0.01) to the normal level compared with group 5. So chickens injected with cyclophosphamidum(CY) can be used as a blood-deficient model. Chinese angeli- ca could remarkably increase the content of erythrocytes and hemoglobin of blood-deficient chicken.
