禽流感病毒检测方法研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 禽流感病毒由于亚型众多,且各亚型之间无交叉反应性,这使得禽流感病毒的检测工作较为困难。目前,传统的禽流感病毒检测方法主要是病毒分离和血清学方法。而分子生物学检测方法因其具有更加灵敏、特异、快速等特点,成为了当前禽流感病毒检测方法的主要发展方向。同时,人们也正致力于将一些新兴的检测方法应用到禽流感病毒的检测中来。论文就近年来禽流感分子生物检测方法和这些新兴检测方法的研究进展做一综述。 The avian influenza virus which has numerous subtypes and non-cross-reaction among these sub- types brings much difficulty to the detection of the avian influenza. At present, the main traditional detec- tion methods for avian influenza are virus isolation and serological methods. In constraet to the traditional methods, the molecular biological detection methods,which are more sensitive, specific and rapid,are be- coming the main develped direction in this field. Meanwhile, researchers are bending themselves to apply some rising methods for the avian influenza diagnosis. This article mainly focused on the current research progress on the avian influenza diagnosis methods and some burgeoning techniques.
