摘要
以技术创新为动力的产业升级是我国目前产业发展的关键性问题。本文基于产业链互动机制,认为技术创新是产业内部上下游互动的结果。从技术衔接角度,考虑产业内部的创新机理问题,为产业创新政策的制定提供学术参考。
The industry updating in base of technology innovation has been the major point Jn the development of industry of China. This issue studies the mechanism of industry innovation in the basic of the interactive mechanism of industry chain by technology links,with the conclusion that technology innovation is result of the interactive between industries up and down field.
