由美国的次贷危机引发的一场全球性金融危机正在波及世界经济的各个领域,服务外包产业无法在这场危机中独善其身,大连作为我国服务外包行业发展的"领头羊"也同样经历很大的考验,然而金融危机在给我们带来危机的同时也带来了机遇。大连市实行服务外包政府应调整战略结构;制订吸引人才的优惠政府;政府提供融资支持;加大宣传力度;组建研究中心。企业应"内外兼修",扩大内需;加速企业重组与并购。
Nowadays the global financial crisis, which is caused by the U.S sub prime mortgage crisis, is striking all fields heavily in the economic world. The service Outsourcing is also affected badly .As for Dalian, the leader in the field, will face the problem of how to catch the chance in the crisis, so as to make a great progress.
