现代化不锈钢炼钢厂是设备、技术、物流、信息流汇集的地方,必须有完备的制造执行系统动态进行全过程管理,以达到准时、高效、经济、稳定、柔性化生产的目的。介绍了太原钢铁(集团)有限公司150万t不锈钢炼钢工程制造执行系统的综合功能、系统架构、软件及编码等。
The modern stainless steel plant,which is a place integrating the equipment,technology,material flow and information flow,must have perfect MES to carry on the whole process management for achieving the purpose of prompt,high-effect,economic,stable and flexible production. This paper introduces the comprehensive function,system framework,software and codes of the MES adopted in 1.5 million tones stainless steel making engineering of Taiyuan Iron ＆amp; Steel （Group）Co. Ltd.
