摘要
介绍了固定化细胞发酵,细胞循环发酵、固体发酵、高温发酵等乙醇发酵新工艺,系统地阐述了乙醇发酵与吸附分离耦合、乙醇发酵与膜分离耦合、萃取发酵、真空发酵及乙醇气提发酵及其与分离技术的耦合等过程的研究。乙醇发酵与分离技术的耦合过程可以提高发酵速率,降低乙醇回收过程的能耗,实现过程的连续操作,降低设备投资和操作费,具有很广的应用前景。
In this paper,processes for biological production of ethanol were reviewed.These include immobilized cell fermentation,cell recycling fermentation,solid fermentation,high temper ature fermentation and fermentation coupled with separation.The coupled processes were reviewed in more detail.In situ removal of ethanol from the broth by means of absorption,extraction,gas stripping,vacuum,evaporation,distillation etc.were discussed,Showing advantages to different extent over traditional production,new processes have wide potential of application in future industrial ethanol production.
