米索前列醇配合一次性宫腔组织吸引管在人工流产术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察米索前列醇配合"润婷"牌一次性宫腔组织吸引管用于人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法自愿要求人工流产的早孕妇女200例,孕周6~10周,按照自愿使用何种手术的原则分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组术前1小时肛门塞入米索前列醇200mg,1小时后使用"润婷"牌套装式一次性宫腔组织吸引管行人工流产术,对照组则使用传统人工流产术。观察两组术中患者疼痛及出血情况。结果两组术中疼痛程度及人工流产综合征发生率均有显著差异(P<0.05)。术中出血量两组差异不大(P>0.05)。结论早孕人工流产术中应用米索前列醇配合一次性宫腔组织吸引管具有良好镇痛效果,创伤小、经济、安全,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the analgesia effects of Misoprostol combined with "RUN - TING" disposable suction curettage tube for induced abortion. Methods Two hundred women with 6 - 10 weeks gestation were divided into observation group and control group according to different modes of the surgery. In the observation group, one hundred women were taken misoprostol into the anus an hour before the abortion procedure, then disposable suction curettage tube was applied for induced abortion. Otherwise, another 100 patients in the control group were performed traditional method for induced abortion. The degree of pain and the volume of bleeding in the two group women were estimated. Results There was significant difference in reducing the degree of pain and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome ( P 〈 0.05), but no significant difference in the volume of bleeding between two groups (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Misoprostol combined with disposable suction curettage tube for induced abortion in early pregnancy was a perfect method with less trauma, painless, less bleeding, safe and economic advantages that would be worth application and generalization.
