摘要
针对我国的炼化工业越来越注重装置的基础设计和优化改造这一现状,提出了利用夹点技术和Aspen Plus模拟来实现化工过程全局用能优化的方法,该方法可以进一步节省蒸汽、燃料和循环水,并通过实例证明了此法的有效性。
As Chinese petroleum refining and chemical industry is paying increasingly higher importance on the basic design and reform of plants, this paper put forward the method of optimizing the overall energy consumption in chemical process with pinch technology and Aspen Plus simulation. The method can further reduce consumption of steam, fuel and recycling water, which has been proved by instances.
