摘要
从表面化学的观点浅析涂膜内物料流动引起表面张力梯度的出现是产生汽车面漆桔皮缺陷的根本原因，提出了解决漆膜桔皮缺陷需要从材料、工艺、设备着手，并重点指出手工喷涂中排除桔皮的方法。
From the point of surface chemistry,it has shown that the surface tension gradients caused by flow of the materials inside the film is the source of the orange peel defect. The counter-measures to solve the orange peel defect were proposed in materials,technology and equipment,with the emphasis on the approach during the hand-spray application.
