摘要 介绍油气处理技术在吐哈油田丘东油气处理厂的应用。凝析油处理过程中采用了多级分离和分馏法稳定技术及新型填料。在天然气处理过程中,采用了分子筛脱水工艺、重接触塔技术、表面蒸发式空冷器技术等,分析了出现的问题,提出了解决方案,实施后达到了预期效果。油气处理技术的应用,将凝析油中的C3、C4等轻组分分离出来,降低了饱和蒸气压,减少了运输中的损耗,提高了C3+收率和产品质量。 Introduced is application of the oil and gas processing technology in Tuha Oil Field Qiudong Oil and Gas Processing Plant. Multi-stage separation and fractionation stabilization technique and new filling are applied in condensate oil processing. Molecular sieve dehydration process,re-contact tower separation process and surface evaporation air cooler technique are applied in natural gas processing. Analyzed are problems occurring in these processes and effective solutions are put forward. The oil and gas processing technology is applied to separate such light components as C3,C4,etc. from condensate oil,reduce saturation vapor pressure and decrease losses in transportation and its application can also increase yield of C3+ and improve product quality,which can not only improve economic benefits,but also meet production demand.
