摘要
设计以美国Microchip公司的PIC单片机16F877A作为核心,设计出应用于工业现场的监控器,对生产现场的电信号进行实时监控。利用该单片机自带的强大A/D转换功能,监控器可以轻松实现对工业现场电信号的快速采样,得到原始数据后再通过数字滤波,提取出真实信号,然后进行下一步的分析进而做出相应的处理。当有异常情况出现时,可以迅速报警,以免发生电气火灾,造成损失。
A industrial site monitor is designed here based on the PIC16F877A MCU from the Microchip company, it is mainly used in electrical signal real--time monitoring. The A/D convert function of PIC16F877A MCU is so powerful that the realization of high--speed electrical signal sampling is very easy. After sampling the digital filtering technology is used to make sure the signal obtained is reliable. And then the MCU would handle the signal and take action if necessary. When the abnormal condition take place, this equipment can alarm immediately to prevent electrical fires and economic loss.
