摘要
利用翻仓机、太阳能及热泵干燥技术对高水分粮食进行就仓干燥,从而实现了高效、节能、短时间、均匀化降低粮食水分的过程。应用结果表明:该系统适用于储藏有表面光滑的谷物的高大平房仓,干燥周期可控制在15 d以内,降水幅度在1.5%左右,热泵COP在5.0以上,在一定条件下,太阳能对整个系统的加热贡献率在20%以上。
Grain overturn machine, solar energy and heat pump technology were introduced for in-store drying of high moisture cereals, thereby achiving the purpose of high efficiency, energy--saving, rapid and even during decreasing grain moisture. The results showed that the system was suitable for the large warehouses stored cereals with smooth surface, drying cycle could be less than 15 days, the range of decreasing moisture was about 1.5% and COP of the heat pump over 5.0. To some extent, the solar energy contributed over 20% to the whole system.
