Exploration and practice in coal mine companies’ internal market-oriented management

摘要 煤炭企业内部市场化作为一种新的经营管理模式,就是通过建立企业内部市场,将原有以职能为中心的传统形式转变为以流程为中心的新型流程导向型形式。阐述了在煤炭企业实行内部市场化的必要性和紧迫性,以及如何构建煤炭企业内部市场化管理体系;分析了内部市场化推行初期容易出现的问题,提出了解决办法;介绍了推行内部市场化管理的效果。 As a novel business operation and management mode, coal companies ' internal market--oriented business management system is to transform the traditional business manage- ment mode that used to bring into full play the functions of the coal mine companies into novel business management mode that lays stress on the execution of each process link. This paper pro- vides a description of the necessity and urgency to execute such internal market--oriented busi- ness management mode within coal mine companies and how to construct the internal market--o- riented business management system in coal mine companies. Besides, this paper also provides an analysis of the problems that can easily arise at the initial period of the implementation of this new business management mode and hence provides solutions. The paper finally presents the results of the execution of this novel business management mode in coal mine companies.
