摘要
目的探讨无痛结肠镜单人操作方法。方法采用丙泊酚芬太尼注射液静脉麻醉,行无痛结肠镜单人操作技术。结果983例肠镜检查中,有958例插至回盲部,635例进入末段回肠,所有病例均无穿孔、出血等并发症发生,插至回盲部成功率97.46%。结论在麻醉睡眠情况下,进行结肠镜单人操作,受检病人始终处于放松状态,易于接受,并省时省力,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To study a better single operated method of painless colonoscopy. Methods To take Propofol and Fentanyl Injection for vein anesthesia and use single person operation skill. Results In 983 cases,958 cases were inserted to ileocecal unction, 635 to the end of ileum, all eases had no complication of perforation and bleeding. The successful rate of being inserted to cecum was 97.46%. Conclusion Single colonoscope operation under under anes- thesia could make patients into relax behavior and easy acceptable. The method save time and labor and worth to be fur- ther promotion.
