摘要
目的研究保健食品中黄芪甲苷的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用蒸发光散射检测器（ELSD）以黄芪甲苷为对照品，对保健食品中的黄芪甲苷进行高效液相色谱法分析，色谱柱：C18柱；流动相：乙睛：水为15：25；流速0．8ml／min，柱温40℃，漂移管温度100℃，气体压力3．0Ba。结果按照选定的色谱条件进行测定，平均加标回收率为84．6％～92．6％，相对标准偏差为3．22％。结论本文建立的检测方法操作简便，可靠易行，可用于保健食品中黄芪甲苷的测定。
Objective To research HPLC method for determination of astragaloside in health foods. Methods Evaporation light scattering detector （ELSD） was used , radix astragali armor glucoside was taken as control sample, astragaloside in health foods was detected on a C18 column at 40℃（2, mobile phase was acetonitrile - water （ 15：25 ） , the velocity of flow was 0. 8 ml/min,drift tube was 100℃, gas pressure was 3.0 Ba. Results Average recoveries of standards addition was 84.6% - 92. 6%, the relative standard deviation was 3.22%. Conclusion The method is reliable ,easy to operate. It is feasible to detect astragaloside in health foods.
