摘要
为了对今后"低温阴雨"灾害天气过程的预报和服务起到积极的推动作用,利用NCEP再分析资料和单站要素资料对2008年1月下旬至2月中旬海南省出现的长"低温阴雨"灾害性天气过程进行了分析。得出:高空环流形势异常、以乌拉尔山阻塞高压为主体的两槽一脊环流形势长时间稳定是导致此次长"低温阴雨"天气过程出现的直接原因。另外,200hPa散度分布、850hPa水汽通量、气象要素在单站剖面图上的演变情况等,对分析和预报此次长"低温阴雨"天气过程也起到一定的作用。
In order to give an active further push to the prediction and service of “cold and rainy” disastrous weather processes in future, data for reanalysis of weather from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction and the weather data from each center were used to analyze the long process of “cold and rainy” disastrous weather appearing during late January to mid-February 2008 in Hainan, and a comprehensive detailed analysis, summarization and induction from the aspects of basic overview of synoptic process, the coupled atmospheric circulation patterns of different layers, the distribution of 200 hPa divergence field and the change of single station factors in Chengmai were presented. The results showed that unusual circulation characteristic of high layers, stable circulation pattern of two roughs and one ridge with main blocking high in Urals, and the effect of La-Nina directly led to this “cold and rainy” disastrous weather. In addition, the distribution of 200 hPa divergence field, water vapor flux at 850hPa, and the change of essential meteorological elements from each single station were also useful for analyzing and forecasting this weather process.
