摘要
中国石油大庆石化分公司针对其加氢裂化装置循环氢压缩机K-3102进口干气密封经常损坏的情况,与成都一通干气密封有限责任公司共同开发高压干气密封技术,对K-3102原有进口干气密封间隙进行调整、更换一级和二级密封面材质、在干气密封控制系统的主密封气前端增设一个自动脱液罐、在干气密封控制系统主密封气出口至压缩机之间管线上增加蒸汽伴热,并对其辅助调节和监控系统进行调整,使国产高压干气密封技术在加氢裂化装置的应用获得成功,从而彻底改变高压干气密封长期依赖进口的局面。
To solve the problem of frequent failure of dry gas seal at the hydrocracker recycle gas compressor (K-3102), PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company has successfully developed the dry gas seal technology in cooperation with Chengdu Dry Gas Seal Co. , Ltd. The space of inlet gas seal of compressor K-3102 was adjusted, the materials of lst-stage and 2nd-stage seal surfaces were replaced, an automatic knock-out drum was installed before the main sealing gas in the dry gas seal control system and steam tracing was provided on the pipeline between the main sealing gas outlet and the compressor. In addition, the auxiliary control system and the monitory and control system were adjusted. The successful application of dry gas seal in hydrocracking unit has eliminated the dependence on foreign vendors for dry gas seal supply.
