摘要 前弹力层在角膜中起到的具体作用仍未明了,一直以来前弹力层一直被许多学者忽略,但前弹力层许多病理改变都伴随者疾病的发生及准分子手术发展,让我们对前弹力层逐渐重视,我们就前弹力层相关研究做一综述。 Till now, it is uncertain whether Bowman's membrane play an important role in cornea. For all the time, most eye doctors have ignored it's role, but most cornea diseases accompany the pathological change of Bowman's membrane. With the development of refractive surgery, more and more ophthalmology experts attach importance to Bowman's membrane. The purpose of the this paper is to summarize its embryology, shape, constitution and function in refractive surgery.
