摘要
目的探讨大鼠创伤弧菌(VV)脓毒症时肝细胞Fas mRNA表达量的动态变化情况。方法制作大鼠VV脓毒症模型(VV组),RT-PCR法测定染菌后各时间点大鼠肝细胞Fas mRNA表达量。结果VV模型组感染创伤弧菌后大鼠肝细胞Fas mRNA其表达量明显增加(P(0.05),染菌后2h、6h的表达量最高,9h后开始降低,但在染菌16h的表达量仍明显高于正常对照组(P(0.05)。结论VV脓毒症可致肝组织中Fas mRNA表达量增加,早期明显增高,并持续维持在高水平。
Objective To determine the dynamic changes in the gene expression of Fas mRNA in hepatocytes of septic rats infected with Vibrio vulnificus. Methods A Vibrio vulnificus-infected septic rat model was established, RT-PCR used to measure the expression of Fas mRNA in hepatocytes at specific time point after the infection. Results Noticeable increase in Fas mRNA expression was shown in the hepatocytes of Vibrio vulnificus-infected rats （P 〈 0. 05 ）, reaching maximum at 2 h and 6 h after the infection and declining beyond 9 h. However, the expression remained obviously higher than the normal level beyond 16 h （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is suggested that Vibrio vulnificus sepsis led to increased expression of Fas mRNA in the liver, which was characterized by an early rapid escalation and a sustainable high level later.
