摘要
提出了一种可用于散粒货物仓库底开门机构的双PSSR型空间连杆机构的设计方案,分析其工作原理,建立了数学模型.基于I-DEAS创建了机构的三维几何模型,并运用ADAMS软件对机构进行了运动学仿真,得到了货仓底门的角位移曲线、角速度曲线及角加速度曲线.理论分析计算及应用软件仿真验证了此机构设计的合理性及方案的可行性.
A kind of designing scheme of double PSSR spatial linkages is proposed for the bottom door mechanism of bulk cargo warehouse,the working principle is analyzed,and its mathematical model is established.The three-dimensional geometric model of the mechanism is made based on the I-DEAS software,and kinematics simulation is carried out on the mechanism by using ADAMS to obtain angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of the bottom door.Theoretical analysis and application software show that the rationality of mechanism design and the feasibility of scheme are validated.
