摘要
为了确定出不损害城市环境空气质量的交通活动量,应用环境工程与交通工程的理论研究城市环境交通容量的估算方法.通过将环境容量与交通容量相结合,分析了交通环境容量和环境交通容量,给出了环境交通容量的概念.将城市交通系统分析应用的空间分割方法与环境空间的分割方法相结合,给出了环境交通容量分析的网格划分方法.应用虚点源后置法,建立了空气污染物空间传递系数的计算方法.基于环境科学的空气污染物扩散、传递理论,建立了交通环境容量的线性优化模型.以高峰小时为分析周期,建立了多种空气污染物因子为控制目标的城市环境交通容量分析模型.应用实例阐述了该方法的实际应用,验证了其适用性.
In order to determine the intensity of traffic activity to protect the air quality in urban,the method of estimating the environment traffic capacity is studied with the theory of environment engineering and transportation engineering.The definition of environment traffic capacity is given by combining the concept of environmental capacity with traffic capacity and analyzing traffic environment capacity and environment traffic capacity.The mesh generation method of environment traffic capacity analysis is presented by combining the space segmentation method applied in analyzing urban traffic system with the environmental space segmentation method.The calculation method of air pollution spatial transfer coefficients is established by applying the method of backing virtual point sources.The linear optimization model of traffic environment capacity is developed on the basis of the air pollutants diffusion and transmission theories. Taking the peak hour as analytical period,the urban environment traffic capacity analysis model aiming at controlling various air pollutants factors is established.A case study shows the application of the model and its applicability in the practical engineering.
