肝胆管细胞癌皮肤转移一例报道 被引量：4

摘要 肝胆管细胞癌（Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma，ICC）是原发性肝癌的一种少见亚型。肝外血行转移最多见于肺，其次为骨脑等。淋巴结转移至肝门淋巴结最多，其次为胰周、腹膜后、主动脉旁及锁骨上淋巴结。此外，向横隔及其附近脏器直接蔓延和腹腔种植转移也不少见。目前肝细胞型肝癌皮肤转移已有相关病例报道，但肝胆管细胞癌皮肤转移检索文献国内尚未见报道。现报道1例如下。
