摘要
以新高梨成熟叶片为材料,研究了其叶长、叶宽、叶长×叶宽与叶面积的关系。结果表明,叶长、叶宽、叶长×叶宽与叶面积均呈正相关关系,相关系数分别为0.909 3、0.8316和0.948 8;叶长和叶宽、叶长和叶长×叶宽、叶宽和叶长×叶宽与叶面积的复相关系数分别为0.956 0、0.948 9和0.949 4,差异均达极显著水平。在此基础上建立了叶长、叶宽、叶长×叶宽与叶面积之间的3个简单线性回归方程及叶长和叶宽、叶长和叶长×叶宽、叶宽和叶长×叶宽与叶面积之间的3个二元回归方程。6个回归方程均可用于测算新高梨的叶面积。其中,以叶长和叶宽与叶面积的二元回归方程:y=-19.612+3.672x1+5.202x2,测算结果更为精确。在具体应用中,可根据所需要的精确度和测定时的工作量进行选择。
The correlations between leaf area and leaf length, leaf width leaf length leaf width were analyzed by measuring the climax leaves of Xingao pear. The results showed that the relations between leaf area and leaf length, leaf width, leaf length leaf width were the positive correlation and their correlation coefficients were 0. 909 3, 0. 831 6 and 0. 948 8 respectively, the multiple correlation coefficients among leaf length, leaf width and leaf area, leaf length, leaf length leaf width and leaf area, leaf width, leaf length leaf width and leaf area were 0. 956 0, 0. 948 9 and 0. 949 4 respectively and their difference reached at the very significant level. Three simple linear regression equations between leaf area and leaf length, leaf width, leaf length leaf width and three quadratic regression equations among leaf length, leaf width and leaf area, leaf length, leaf length leaf width and leaf area, leaf width, leaf length leaf width and leaf area were established and six regression equations all can be used in measurement of Xingao pear's leaf area. The quadratic regression equation among leaf length, leaf width and leaf area, y=-19. 612+3. 672x1 + 5. 202x2 is of more accuracy and the regression equation should be selected in actual application according to the accuracy demand and measure work load.
