摘要
目的探讨黏附分子CD18、CD54的表达与急性脑梗死(ACI)之间的关系及临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)对68例ACI患者不同的发病时程、部位、面积及治疗前后黏附分子CD18、CD54表达情况进行检测与分析,同时检测健康对照30例。结果ACI时黏附分子CD18、CD54表达明显上调,与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),黏附子CD18、CD54水平与ACI面积、部位关系不大(P>0.05);ACI患者在7d内黏附分子CD18、CD54均呈较高水平的表达,治疗10d后表达降低,比较治疗前后黏附分子CD18、CD54水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黏附分子CD18、CD54参与ACI发生、发展的病理过程,有望成为新的ACI诊断、监测病情及评估预后的辅助诊断指标。
Objective To explore the relationship and clinical significance of expression of cell adhesion molecules CD18/CD54 with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods To detect the occurrence time, place and expression of leukocyte adhesion molecules CD18/CD54 by flow cell method (FCM) in 68 acute cerebral infarction patients with 30 controls, before and after treatment. Results The expression of CD18/CD54 was significantly increasing, and it is obviously different, compared with that of the controls group(P〈0.05). It has little relation with infarction area and site (P〈0.05). Cell adhesion molecule CD18/CD54 with ACI has a higher expression level within 7 days, but the expression level began to decrease 10 days after treatment with stable or improved pathogenetic condition. Expression level of cell adhesion molecule CD18/CD54 with post-therapy was significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion Leukocyte cell adhesion molecule CD18/CD54 are involved in the pathological process of ACI, and the both are sensitive auxiliary indicators of the early diagnosis and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.
