摘要
具有焊接质量好、焊接速度快等优点的激光-电弧复合热源焊接技术,已经广泛地应用于汽车、航空等工业的薄壁金属焊接中。然而,常用的激光源价格昂贵、体积庞大并且电-光转换效率低,大大限制了复合焊技术的推广和应用。新一代高性能激光-光纤激光的开发和应用拓宽了激光-电弧复合热源焊接技术的应用范围,使其更易于实现工程化。通过介绍当前世界上激光-电弧复合热源焊接技术的应用和研究情况,展现了激光-电弧复合热源焊接技术广阔的应用前景,阐述了其发展方向。
The laser-arc hybrid welding technique with good welding quality and fast welding speed had been widely used in the thin wall metal welding in automobile,aviation industries and so on.However,because the commonly used laser source was expensive,large in footprint and low in optoelectronic conversion efficiency,the laser hybrid welding technique had not been spread and applied.With the development and application of the new generation high performance laser-optical-fiber laser had broadened the application scope of laser-arc hybrid welding technique,causing it easy to carry out engineering.By introducing the application and research condition of the laser-arc hybrid welding technique in the world today,this paper showed the wider application prospect about the laser-arc hybrid welding technique,and explained its development direction.
