摘要
目的了解广州市医务人员对心理因素与疾病关系以及对心理卫生服务的需求状况及对策的看法。方法采用问卷调查方法,对223名医务人员进行调查。结果59.1%的医务人员认为心理卫生保健因素与疾病普遍相关;69.4%的医务人员认为人们的心理卫生保健水平较低;66.7%的医务人员认为大部分的民群有心理卫生保健服务需求,但75.3%的医务人员认为患者缺乏主动寻求心理卫生保健服务的意识。当前广州市大部分医院缺乏对医务人员进行心理卫生保健知识的培训。结论人们的心理卫生保健水平有待提高,广州市应尽快完善心理卫生服务体系,使心理卫生服务真正健康、有序地开展起来。
Objective To study the views of the medical officer about the relations between the psychological factors and the diseases and about the current Guangzhou people＇s mental hygiene service demand condition and Countermeasures. Methods With the questionnaire,223 medical officers were investigated （doctors and nurses）. Results About 59.1% medical officers considered that there were correlation between the mental hygiene health care factors and the diseases;69.4% medical officers considered that people＇s mental hygiene health care level were lower;66.7% medical officers considered that the majority of people group had the mental hygiene health care service demand,but 75.3% medical officers considered that people lacked awareness to seek mental hygiene service. In current,majority of Guangzhou medical officer lacked mental hygiene health care knowledge training. Conclusion People＇s mental hygiene health care level needs to be improved. Guangzhou should consummate mental hygiene health care service system as soon as possible,to make it develop healthfully and orderly.
