旧建筑物拆除中废旧砖瓦的资源化途径 被引量:8

Recycling Methods for Waste Bricks and Tiles from Building Demolition

摘要 利用旧建筑物拆除垃圾中的碎砖块作集料生产多排孔轻质砌块,其强度符合用户要求,且保温隔热性能较好;利用废旧丝切砖和模具制砖作粗骨料配制成的再生混凝土砌块,可用来砌筑载重墙体;利用废砖瓦替代骨料配制再生轻集料混凝土和耐热混凝土,可替代部分骨料拌制砂浆,还可作为免烧砌筑水泥和再生烧砖瓦的原料. The characteristics of brick and tile residuals in demolition wastes are substantive and innoxious. Their chemical and mineralogical composition allows recycling. The strength of porous lightweight brickwork made with crushed bricks is up to the standard, and its heat preservation and insulation performance is good. The recycled concrete block made with wire-cut brick and mould brick could be used to build load wall. Brick and tile residuals, used as part of aggregate, could be reused to prepare recycled lightweight concrete and mix for mortar. Brick and tile residuals could also be reused as raw materials for certain building materials.
