摘要
按分层递阶智能控制设计了组织、协调、执行三阶控制系统。应用动态设定AGC的智能性,将基础级的AGC功能移置到协调级;协调级采用协调推理网络,其知识库由组织级提供;组织级是一个开放系统,人机交互,实现学习和决策功能。该系统已在天津、新余、上海等多套中厚板轧机上应用,效果十分明显,钢板异板差小于0.04mm,达到了世界先进水平。
