摘要
宫颈癌是严重威胁妇女健康的恶性肿瘤之一,有效的筛查和早期诊断方法可大大降低其发病率和死亡率。目前国内外常用的早期实验室诊断,包括宫颈细胞涂片形态检测、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测、分子细胞遗传学检测等。本文重点介绍荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术检测子宫颈上皮脱落细胞人端粒酶基因(TERC gene)的异常表达在宫颈癌早期诊断中的进展。
Cervical cancer is one of malignant tumors that seriously threaten womenrs health, effective screening and early diagnosis can greatly reduce the morbidity and mortality. At present, commonly used early screening methods domestically and abroad include: detection of cervical cells form smear, human papillomavirus testing, molecular cell genetics testing and so on. This article focuses on the new development of cervical disease early diagnosis of genomic expression of the human telomerase gene in cytological specimens of the cervix by fluorescence in situ hybridization.
