厄贝沙坦联用比索洛尔对42例慢性充血性心力衰竭左室重构和心功能的影响 被引量：28

摘要 目的探讨厄贝沙坦联用比索洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF))的临床疗效。方法将82例CHF患者随机分成2个组,观察组42例,给予厄贝沙坦150 mg,1次/天,比索洛尔1.25 mg,1次/天,如无不良反应,每1～2周剂量倍增;对照组40例,给予厄贝沙坦150 mg,1次/天。两组疗程均6个月。结果两组治疗前后心功能、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESd)、左室射血分数比较,均明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用厄贝沙坦联用比索洛尔治疗CHF患者疗效优于单用厄贝沙坦,且耐受性好。
