塔河碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏挤水泥堵水矿场试验 被引量:9

Cement Squeeze for Water Plugging in Fractured-Vuggy Carbonate Reservoir of Tahe Oilfield

摘要 塔河油田碳酸盐岩缝洞型油藏储集体非均质性强,发育规律和控制因素复杂,纵向上受构造-岩溶旋回作用形成的缝洞系统控制,多个缝洞单元在空间上叠合形成复杂油气藏,具有独立的油气水系统和不规则的形态,油藏埋深5200~6500m,缝洞系统高差1200m以上。受底水油藏缝洞认识不足限制,堵水困难。为此,2006~2008年,利用水泥车、灰罐车、配水车和各种辅助设备,采用高压挤入管柱,进行挤水泥堵水矿场试验。挤水泥堵水工艺机理主要以造隔层为主,除在裸眼井段将水层封住外,主要是在油水界面造一水泥隔层,从而达到封堵水层的目的。该工艺实施的成功与否,主要取决于储集体类型、堵水时机、水泥隔层的延伸范围及厚度。3年来,共实施挤水泥堵水37井次,工艺成功率为100%,有效率为72.97%,累计增油45602t,累计降水74067t,平均有效期147.5d,吨油成本为749元。对于挤水泥堵水造成的地层污染,可以通过射孔、酸化等措施加以清除。 Fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoirs of Tahe Oilfield is formed by folding of multiple fracture-vug units at space and is controlled by fracture-vug system formed by strueture-karst cycle,with the features of strong heterogeneity,complex ride and controlling factors.It has independent oil-gas-water system and irregular form with 5200 to 6500m of burial depth and more than 1200m of difference of height of the fracture-vug system.Little recognition of the fracture-vug in bottom water reservoir makes water plugging difficult.So field test of cement squeeze for water plugging was carried out by using high pressure squeeze pipe string and cement truck,tank truck,distributing truck and other ancillary equipments from 2006 to 2008.The principle of technology of cement squeeze is barrier building not only at barefoot intervals but also at the oil-water interface with the aim of water plugging.Its success or not depends on the type of reservoirs,an opportune moment of water plugging,and range and thickness of cement barrier.During the past three years in Tahe Oilfield,cement squeeze technology for water plugging has been taken for 37 wells in the fractured-vuggy carbonate reservoir.The success ratio was 100% ,and 72.9% was effective.Cumulative oil production increased by 45602t and cumulative water production decreased by 74067t.Average effective period was 147.5d and cost per ton was 749 Yuan.Formation pollution made by cement squeeze can be removed by the measures of perforation and acidizing and so on.
