摘要
目的探讨慷舒灵凝胶治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法2006年至2007年中山大学附属第一医院收治糖尿病足患者共21例,在积极控制血糖水平和感染下,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组9例患者予以慷舒灵凝胶治疗,对照组12例予以聚维酮碘换药处理,观察糖尿病足愈合情况。结果治疗4周时,治疗组较对照组创面溶痂明显。治疗4周后,治疗组创面基底坏死组织清除完毕,肉芽组织呈持续生长,创面周缘上皮化明显;对照组创面基底仍有坏死组织存留,创面较治疗组干燥。治疗8周时,治疗组创面肉芽组织生长及上皮化较对照组更为明显。结论慷舒灵凝胶可有效促进创面肉芽组织生长和上皮化,进而促进糖尿病足的愈合。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of silvasorb on the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods Twenty one patients with diabetic foot during 2006 to 2007 were enrolled in the study.Under the control of blood glucose level and infection, nine patients were treated by silvasorb gel while twelve patients were conducted by povidone iodine.Then healing conditions of diabetic foot were observed.Results More obvious dilapsus of wound crust occurred in silvasorb group than povidone iodine group at four treatment weeks.Proliferation of granulation tissue and epithelization of silvasorb group appeared earlier and faster than povidone iodine group after four treatment weeks.Wound healing status appeared more optimizing in silvasorb group at eight post-treatment weeks.Conclusion Silvasorb gel can promote healing of diabetic foot wound.
