摘要
螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能装置第二代产品,采用了驱动电机侧置并增设传动齿轮的驱动形式,解决了第一代产品中冲击杆的传动转矩过大的问题,并降低了电子控制系统的设计难度。为研制其电子控制系统,选定了驱动电机,开发了硬件和相应的控制软件,并在ZOTYE2008汽车上得到成功的应用,从而为螺纹剪切式汽车碰撞吸能系统提供了一种新的控制模式。
The second generation of screw-shear type vehicle collision energy absorption system adopts a new driving scheme, in which the motor is installed sideward. As a result, not only the problem of undue magnitude in transmission torque of screwed impact rod is solved, but the difficulty in the design of electronic control system is also reduced. To develop its electronic control system, the appropriate driving motor is chosen, the hardware and corresponding control software are developed, and the system is successfully applied to the vehicle ZOTYE2008, thus providing a new control mode for screw-shear type vehicle collision energy absorption system.
