文章对黄河水文自动测报系统的设计、运行质量、可靠性等几个方面进行了全面的阐述和评价,为水文自动测报系统的管理实践提供了颇有价值的经验。
From the aspect of design, running quality and reliability, the automatic telegraph transmission in the Yellow River were overall elaborated and evaluated, which provided valuable experience on the management of automatic telegraph transmission.
