摘要
用同步辐射X射线荧光分析方法(SR-XRF)研究了五个不同产地的中药材牛膝样品中微量元素的种类和相对含量。不同产地的牛膝样品中的微量元素的种类基本相同,但相对含量有明显的差异。牛膝中钾(K)的含量最多,钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)等含量次之,钛(Ti)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)和硒(Se)的含量较少。此外,不同产地样品的中心区域和边缘区域的微量元素的相对含量及其变化规律是不相同的,在样品微量元素的总量中所占的比例也是不相同的。因而,利用SR-XRF可以分析不同产地的牛膝品质的差异。
The types and the relative contents of trace elements in achyranthes stocked in five different areas are measured with X-ray fluorescence analysis method based on synchrotron radiation at Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility. The type of trace elements is same in achyranthes in different producing areas, but there are distinctive differences for their relative contents. The relative contents of potassium (K) are highest in all samples, the relative contents of calcium (Ca) ,iron (Fe) ,copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) are obvious higher than that of other elements besides K. The relative content of titanium ( Ti), vanadium (V), chromium ( Cr), manganese ( Mn), nickel (Ni) and selenium (Se) in these samples are lower than that of other elements. In addition, the relative contents and the change rules in central region of achyranthes are different from ones in marginal region for different areas sampies. For each element, the proportion in total contents of trace elements is different, too. As a result, there are definite medicinal effects for the achyranthes from various areas, but their qualities are different.
