摘要
研究加热温度分别在830,880,950和1000℃的情况下,工业纯铁作为钛-钢复合板的过渡材料对复合板结合强度影响。结果表明,随着加工温度升高,复合板的结合强度降低,结合强度的稳定性也降低,复合板结合界面变得粗糙。生产薄复合板时,终轧温度较低,加工硬化严重,抗拉强度不能满足标准要求,需要进行退火。在550-650℃之间退火,复合板的结合强度略有升高,在650℃时保温1h可得到比较高的结合强度。通过金相观察,在结合界面上有显微裂纹存在,这种裂纹使结合强度降低。
The effect of commercial pure iron as inserter material in the production of Ti-steel composite plate at different processing temperature 830,880,950℃ as well as 1000℃ on the combining strength of the composite plate is investigated.The results of the experiment show that the combining strength of the composite plate is decreased with the increase of processing temperature,and the stability of combining strength of the composite plate is also decreased.The interface of composite plate will change into roughness with increase of the processing temperature. Owing to work hardening, in order to meet the standard it is necessary to anneal the rolled composite plate at suitable temperature when the thickness of the composite plate is thin. Relative high combining strength could be attained at the annealing temperature of 650℃ holding for lh. Studying on the metallograph of composite plate sample, micro-cracks in the interface that may decrease the combining strength of the composite plate are found.
