摘要
分析实行医院全方位绩效管理中存在的问题,并从重视绩效管理的各项日常工作,全面应用绩效考核结果,重视绩效管理中的沟通,绩效管理要做到与时俱进,实现绩效管理的信息化等管理路径进行分析和总结。
This paper analyzes problems of the hospital in the overall performance management,and then,to analyze and summarize the management path range from focusing on performance management of the daily work,a comprehensive application of performance appraisal results,emphasis on performance management of the communication,performance management advanced with the times and information-based performance management.
