复方通络胶囊对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注大鼠的预防性保护作用 被引量：2

摘要 目的:观察复方通络胶囊对大脑中动脉缺血再灌注(MCAO)大鼠的预防性保护作用。方法:采用MCAO大鼠模型,造模前大鼠灌胃给药1周,以神经行为学评分、脑梗死率、脑指数、脑含水量及脑组织伊文氏蓝含量为指标观察复方通络胶囊对MCAO大鼠是否有保护作用。结果:复方通络胶囊能明显降低模型动物神经行为学评分、脑梗死率及脑组织伊文氏蓝含量,与模型组比较差异显著。结论:复方通络胶囊对MCAO大鼠有预防性保护作用。
