摘要 介绍了采用五轴联动数控加工大型导叶式混流泵叶片的三维造型及计算机仿真加工编程,有效解决了加工精度和加工效率之间的矛盾,经对成品叶片测量数据的分析,该工艺的加工精度和效率已接近国内先进水平。 This paper demonstrates the sohd modeling and computer simulation programing in the process of large rotor blade of diffuser-type mixed flow pump on 5-axis machine.It resolves the contradiction between machining accuracy and efficiency effectively. Basing on the analyzing of the measuring data about finished blade, the machining accuracy and efficiency of the process is close to the domestic advanced level.
