CORROSION AND ANTI CORROSION IN MOXI GAS FIELD

摘要 磨溪气田的天然气中,H2S含量为1.66%~2.35%,CO2含量为0.36%~0.89%,少量地层水含有H2S、CO2、Cl-,其矿化度为69630~222820mg/L。该气田自1994年3月正式投入开发后,气田地下管串及地面集输系统受到严重腐蚀,导致油管断裂,油嘴、针阀被刺,水套炉、输气支线经常堵塞,集气干线超压,清管频繁,严重危及气田安全生产。研究发现,腐蚀以电化学腐蚀和H2S腐蚀为主,兼有CO2、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)等腐蚀。针对磨溪气田腐蚀特点而研制的CZ3—1,3复合缓蚀剂,无论在常压条件下,还是在高压条件下,对气/液相均具有十分良好的缓蚀效果,只需很少用量,便可有效抑制H2S、CO2、Cl-及高矿化度引起的电化学腐蚀和H2S应力腐蚀。CZ3—1,3复合缓蚀剂可广泛用于油气田开采和集输系统工艺流程中的井下套管、地面设施以及集输管网等的防腐。 In the natural gas of Moxi gas field,the hydrogen sulfide content is 1.60-2.35% and the carbon dioxide 0.36-0.89%.A small amount of formation water has been produced,in which the hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide and chloride radical are contained,with salinities of 69 630-222 820 mg/L.After the gas field was formally put into development in March 1994,the underground pipelines and surface gathering and transferring systems have been suffered a serious corrosion,thus causing tubing′s being broken,choke and needle valve′s being pierced,water jacket boiler and branch transferring pipeline′s being always plugged,major gathering pipeline′s being overpressured and pigging frequency′s being increased,which seriously endangers safety in production in the gas field.Through analyzing and studying,it is found that the corrosions are mainly the electrochemical and hydrogen sulfide corrosions,being accompanied with the carbon dioxide and sulfate reducing bacteria corrosions.The CZ3-1,3 compounded corrosion inhibitor developed in accordance with the corrosion properties in Moxi gas field is of very good corrosion results for both gas and liquid phases either in normal pressure or in high pressure conditions.Only by use of a little of it,may the electrochemical corrosions be caused by the hydrogen sulfide,carbon dioxide,chloride radical and high salinity,and hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion be effectively restrained.The CZ3-1,3 compounded corrosion inhibitor may be widely used for the anti corrosion for the downhole casing,surface equipments and gathering pipe networks in the technological processes of oil & gas production and gathering systems.
