摘要
当前大学生的网络政治参与热情较高,并呈现出了其自身的特点:开放、自由的方式,"草根式"自下而上的形式、理性与非理性交织并存。大学生网络政治参与有助于增强大学生的政治责任感,促进大学生的政治社会化、塑造大学生独立的政治人格,但也存在着政治参与信息来源不可靠、容易形成"网络暴力"的负面影响。根据网络时代大学生政治参与的特点,应该从制度规范与精神文化两方面引导大学生有序、理性的政治参与行为。
Currently, college students show much enthusiasm in their political participation via the lnternet, which is characterized by the open and free manner with the ＂grass-rooted＂ bottom-up form as well as the co-existing rational and irrational styles. Such political participation can strengthen their political responsibility, promote their political socialization and help them ereate an independent political personality. But there are also adverse impacts, such as lack of ereditable information and the ＂indoctrination of violence over the Interact＂. Based on these features, college students should be guided to an orderly and rational participation in political affairs from the aspects of both system specification and spiritual culture.
