不同占空比脉冲电压激励下的高频铁芯损耗 被引量:6

摘要 PWM功率变换器的磁性元件一般工作在不同占空比的脉冲电压激励下,本文提出了计算不同占空比脉冲电压下的铁芯损耗的简单方法。该方法通过建立脉冲激励与正弦激励下铁芯损耗的等效关系,使我们可以利用厂家提供的正弦下的铁芯损耗数据来计算脉冲铁芯损耗,并用实验验证了该方法的准确性。 The magnetic components in PWM power converters are always excited under pulse voltage wave forms with different duty cycles.A new simple method is presented in this paper for calculating high frequency core losses under the pulse voltages by only using the core supplier's data measured under sinusoidal excitations.The method is based on the equivalence idea of weighted time derivative of magnetic flux densities for sinusoidal and square or pulse wave forms.The experimental method with wide band power amplifier is used to measure the HF core losses under different duty cycle pulses.The measurement results verify the method presented in this paper.
