摘要
稠油在世界油气资源中占有非常大的比例,而常规的热采技术到开采后期存在开采油气比低,原油粘度大,井筒举升困难等矛盾。采用壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(简称OP-10)和甲醛的共缩聚物与浓硫酸磺化后,再用NaOH中和后得到磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂作耐温稠油降粘剂,并对其进行性能评价,结果表明,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛共缩聚物磺酸盐阴离子表面活性剂在加量为0.5%时,降粘效率高达90%以上,是一种高效的稠油降粘剂,对稠油的乳化降粘开采具有重要意义。
Heavy oil has a large proportion of the oil and gas resource in the world, but using conventional thermal recovery technologies can cause low recovery oil gas ratio, high viscosity of crude oil, and difficulty in well bore lifting at the later stage, so heavy oil exploitation needs more efficient emulsification and viscosity reduction technol- ogy of well bore. After sulphonation of condensation eopolymerization between OP - 10 and methyl aldehyde and concentrated sulphuric acid, then neutralization with sodium hydroxide can obtain sulphonate anionic surfactant as temperature resistance viscosity reducer of heavy oil. Its performance evaluation results show when the amount of sulphonate anionic surfactant is 0.5%, viscosity reduce excess 90%, it is an efficient viscosity reducer of heavy oil. It is significance of reducing viscosity of heavy oil by emulsification.
