摘要
在当前就业难的社会背景下,就业指导是学生与职业有效结合的桥梁,在实现人职匹配、促进学生个体职业生涯发展和优化人力资源配置上起着重要作用。但是,学校提供的就业服务内容、形式和手段等与学生需求之间出现供需不匹配的尴尬状况。以学生为主体,切实关注就业需求,提高就业指导服务的专业化、市场化、丰富化是不断完善职业院校就业指导工作的重要方面。
It is the employment guidance that is the bridge of effective integration between student and occupation and plays an essential role in realizing the match of people and career, promoting the career development of individual students and optimizing allocation of human resources under the social background, which is so difficult in getting a job. However, emerging embarrassment of situation result from the employment service content, form and means provided by school does not accord with the requirement of students. Therefore, the important aspect of constantly improve employment guidance work is student-centered, truly concerned about the employment requirements, improvement specialization, market-oriented and enrichment of career guidance service.
