摘要 人力资源适合度评价对人力资源管理具有重要的理论研究和实践意义。以项目经理选择为例,运用模糊数学原理,构建了项目经理候选人与施工项目适合度的综合评价模型,实证研究表明:模糊数学方法可为人力资源适合度评价提供一种新的途径,它可对候选人的适合度作出科学、公正、合理的评价;可通过模糊综合评价矩阵找出影响候选人的主要因素,为有针对性地培养、提升人才提供很大帮助。 Evaluation of human resources for the management of human resources has an important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, taking the project manager selection as an example, the fuzzy mathematical theory is used to build a comprehensive evaluation model for fitness between construction projects and manager candidates. Empirical research shows that fuzzy mathematics method for fitness evaluation of human resources provides a new way to make scientific, fair and rational evaluation of candidate' s fitness. It can identify the main factors affecting a candidate through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix and help the targeted training and promoting of talents.
