摘要
将现场总线技术应用到立体车库控制系统,提出基于CAN总线的分布式立体车库控制系统结构。由各个车位节点组成的CAN网络可独立于上位机运行。根据模块化原则,设计了CAN节点硬件,详细说明了CAN接口模块的组成、电路连接及各模块的功能。为提高程序的通用性和规范性,提出CAN节点软件模型,并在此基础上,设计了基本通信软件,制定了有针对性的自定义应用层协议,选择了适用于本分布式控制系统的车位调度策略。
This essay describes the application of field bus technology in the stereo garage control system, and puts forward a CAN bus - based distributed structure for the stereo garage control system. As a result, a CAN network composed of each parking node can operate independently of the host computer. CAN node hardware is designed based on the principle of modular design, and a detailed description is given to the network's composition in terms of CAN interface modules and related circuit connections, as well as the function of each module. In order to increase the program's universality and normalization, a CAN node software model is introduced, and basic communications software is designed on its basis. Additionally, a targeted custom application layer protocol is formulated, and a parking dispatch strategy suited to this distributed control system is selected.
