摘要
乳品工程专业为我校的特色专业,该专业目前采用"3+1"人才培养模式,并建立了国家级的人才培养模式创新实验区。本文主要论述了乳品工程专业"3+1"人才培养模式建立的必要性、培养目标与可行性,并对其实施的方法进行了探讨。通过论述表明,乳品工程专业采用"3+1"人才培养模式,可充分利用学校和国家乳品中心双方办学的优势,使乳品工程专业的学生能够适应乳品企业发展的需要,在乳品技能方面能获得乳品工程师的基本训练,快速地成为乳品科学与工程领域的工程技术人才。
Dairy engineering speciality is a special major in Northeast Agricultural University.＂3＋1＂training model was used and a national-level training model innovative experimental zone was established in this speciality.The established necessity,cultivated subjective and feasibility of the＂3＋1＂training model of dairy engineering were discussed in this article.It was shown that the＂3＋1＂training model of dairy engineering could make use of education advantages of the university and the National Dairy Center,which could make dairy engineering students meet the needs of dairy factory development,get the basic training of engineers in the milk skills and become an engineering and technical person in the dairy science and engineering field.
