The Establishment of One-dimensional Mathematical Model for Moving-bed Fine Coal Distillation Furnace

摘要 以煤气-煤-循环灰三相传热机理和煤热解反应方程为依据,建立了以高温循环灰为热载体的移动床粉煤干馏炉的一维数学模型。根据不同的操作条件,分别对三相温度轴向分布规律和煤热解产物产率进行了模拟计算,微分方程组采用等步长的四阶Runge-Kutta数值积分方法进行求解。结果表明,煤颗粒在进入干馏炉后被快速加热,对于小粒径煤,升温速率可达600 K/min以上,煤粒径和灰/煤混合比分别对煤粒的升温速率和热解反应温度有显著的影响。 Based on the mechanism of three-phase heat transfer of gas,coal and circulative ash and reaction equation of coal pyrolysis, an one-dimensional mathematical model of the moving bed fine coal distillation furnace was set up taking the high temperature circulative ash as a heat carrier. According to the different operation conditions, the axial distribution of three-phase temperatures and the yield of coal pyrolysis outcome were simulated. The differential equations were solved by fourth order Runge Kutta numerical integral method with equal step length. The results show that the temperature of coal particles increases quickly, with a heating rate being above 600 K/min for small coal particles. The size of coal particles and blending ratio have significant influence on the heating rate and the pyrolysis temperature of coal particles respectively.
