摘要
采用正交实验对山茱萸中的熊果酸进行超声波提取工艺优化,并进一步用石油醚和四氯化碳对提取液进行除杂。研究结果表明:用超声波提取熊果酸的最佳工艺条件为:80%乙醇,料液比1:20,提取时间30 min,提取温度55℃。适宜的除杂办法为石油醚洗脱3次,用量为0.2倍于提取液的体积;四氯化碳洗脱3次,用量为0.3倍于提取液的体积。
Uhrasonic extraction of ursolic acid in Cornus of officinalis was optimized through orthogonal experiments, and impurities in extract were removed using petroleum ether and carbon tetrachloride. As the results showed: the best condition for ultrasonic extraction was as follows: 80% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 20, temperature 55℃, supersonic wave treatment for 30 minutes. The suitable method for impurity removal was using petroleum ether to elute the extracting solution for three times with 0. 2 times volume of the extracting solution, and then using carbon tetrachloride to elute for three times with 0.3 times volume of the extracting solution.
